With a background in ICT and electronics Weevil was founded, because we wanted to create products that benefit people. Because we want to contribute to peoples wellbeing, we develop Healthcare products, Security products, Smart living products, that put peoples needs firsts. That’s why we exist!

Weevil started in the Netherlands in 2006 as an IT consultancy firm. A shared passion of two colleagues who had passion for technique. In 2013 it adopted the name Weevil and we opened a second branch in Sweden.

Weevil and True Knowledge

Weevil and True Knowledge Weevil claims to Share True knowledge. What does True knowledge mean ? The Oxford dictionary defines “knowledge” as: “Facts, information, and skills acquired by a person through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject”. When you search online you find an internet full of information about almost every subject imaginable. The problem with a lot of information is that you don’t know if the information is reliable. You need to check the source and do cross checks to find reliable information. Weevil does exactly that for you. It classifies the information and displays the True information. We use data analysis and machine learning to process the information and publishes it in an interactive way so you can understand the context of the information. That results in True knowledge which we share (mostly) for free.
